Standard clean, by home size.

Every standard clean includes dusting top to bottom, vacuuming and mopping all floors, full kitchen wipe-down (counters, sink, stovetop, outside of appliances), complete bathrooms, mirrors, trash out, and beds made. Supplies and equipment are always included.

Homes that haven't had a professional clean in the last two months may need a first-visit deep clean; Patricia will tell you honestly during the estimate.

Everything in the standard clean, plus baseboards, door frames, ceiling fans, light fixtures, window sills, cabinet fronts, and the buildup spots (soap scum, hard water, grease). The reset button for a home.

Move-in / move-out clean

Deposit-back quality: inside every cabinet and drawer, inside the fridge and oven, all the deep-clean extras, and a final walkthrough against your checklist. Landlord-ready photos on request.

Is the price I see really the price I pay?

Yes. Your free estimate locks the number for your home based on these posted rates. It only changes if you add services, and you approve any change before the visit.

Do I need to provide supplies or a vacuum?

No. The crew brings professional supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your products (allergies, favorite brands), just say so.

What about pets?

Pets are welcome and there's no pet fee. Heavy shedding homes sometimes need the deep clean first; Patricia will tell you straight during the estimate.

How do I pay?

You'll receive an emailed invoice after each visit with a secure link to pay online by card. Cash and check work too. Details on the Pay Invoice page.

What if I'm not happy with a clean?

Tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean the spot free. That's the Spotless Guarantee, and it has no asterisk.
